Scenery Poem

Silence

© Adriaan Groenewald
When the sun dies behind the ocean,
and take a last breath of air
When mother night emerges to swallow
the last glimmer of red
That moment when the ocean
makes love to the skies
and explodes together in a prism of light
Only then do I share my secrets
to the splintering winds
The clouds knows me by now
